      OBITUARY: Mrs. Carole Ready, age 49 of Snellville, GA died July 22, 1996. She is survived by her husband, John Ready, daughters, Jim and Cathy Lester of Cincinnati, Ohio; Warren and Shannon Slocum of Doraville; mother, Virginia Harris, sisters, Shirley Hughes, Paula Merrill, Lynn Clark, brother, Charles Harris, Jr., all of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Chris Lester, Adam Lester and Johnathan Slocum, mother-in-law, Alma Ready. Mrs. Ready, a native of East Bernsteadt, KY, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 26 at 7p.m. at Wages Snellville Chapel with James McClure officiating. Tom M. Wages Funeral Service, Inc., Snellville Chapel (770-979-3200).

She was married to Louis James Evangelista on 17 July 1965 and retired from IBM in 1986 after 34 years.
