Individual Note: OBITUARY - Walton Reporter, 1909: Mrs. Florence Smith, wife of Edwin A. Smith, died at her home in Sidney Centre, last Saturday, aged 29 years. The family moved to Sidney Centre from Sidney last spring and during her short stay here Mrs. Smith made many warm friends, who will mourn with the stricken family. The case is one of unusual sadness, as by her death an infant four weeks old and another two years are left motherless. The deceased was the younger daughter of Mr. & Mrs. George Beck of New York City, who are both living, besides three brothers and one sister.
